Abstract

The article discusses different levels of consciousness based on the so-called Spiral Dynamics - the Graves Model. The spiral of development theory has become a starting point for considerations and the topic of various management models (colors). Then, based on the development of human consciousness, the history of the development of 5 types of Frederic Laloux’s organizations with particular emphasis on the turquoise organization is presented.
