Management is a fascinating profession that allows you to shape reality and build the future. However, the ego resources needed for this too often develop too much, turning away from respect for other people, life in general, and all of nature. The all-powerful theory of benefits and the policy of the stronger constantly moves towards more, faster and further. The man of the 21st century still cannot stop and precisely define his actual needs. Therefore, emphasis should be placed not only on managing the organization but also on managing oneself. We must realize that our world - which we have in front of our eyes - is not objective, and we must think that everyone has their own world. It is the biggest challenge for any management. The philosophy of minimalism is a new trend also in organizational and self-management. However, how to root an idea so far from our ego in the modern economy and society is a great challenge for this century.
Our focus on the well-being of the environment is not only a general challenge, but also the meaning of their work for many new generation managers. In this spirit, we invite you to read the current issue, in which the authors refer to the indicated situations in various areas.
