We are putting into your hands and minds and for your kind review the first issue of the journal called EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND SOCIAL SCIENCE (EJMSS), which is addressed to practitioners and academicians dealing with the field of social sciences, with particular emphasis on management and quality sciences. The thematic diversity of the articles published in this journal is an advantage of the study, which creates scope for further discussions. We thank everyone who accepted the invitation to cooperate with the Max Weber Institute and the magazine. We want to express our gratitude to the reviewers for their valuable comments that helped give the publication its final shape. We would also like to thank all those who contributed to the creation of the journal's first issue.
