Man in the face of phenomenon and processes of globalization

Abstract

The production of manufactured goods and services not only reveals a  trend towards globalization, but also a  trend towards regionalization. Understanding the mechanisms and processes of globalization can contribute to proper decision making in developing inter-organizational structures. On the other hand, the relationships between the individual members of these structures may shape the processes of globalization and regionalization. The article presents considerations in the field of management sciences in the field of the human place in labour market in the face of the phenomena and processes of globalization.
