Effectiveness is a complex and multidimensional concept that can be considered in terms of two aspects – organizational and economic. Until now, the research conducted in technology (science) parks has been largely focused on the measurement of economic effectiveness indicators while the organizational effectiveness has been overlooked or not addressed properly. The aim of this paper is the measurement of organizational effectiveness using the satisfaction level of the tenants of Wroclaw Technology Park (WTP). The conclusion from the theoretical analysis and empirical research of this paper’s thesis indicates that client satisfaction is the main factor influencing the position of the WTP and its effective functioning. To characterize the functioning of the WTP, a SWOT analysis was applied as well as economic effectiveness indicators. For the empirical research, a survey was conducted among companies operating in the park. The final conclusions of this paper’s research show that the Wroclaw Technology Park is operating effectively, however, certain changes should be implemented in order to increase its effectiveness further so that it maintains its position in a vastly dynamic environment.
